Project Spotlight + Big Congrats!
Congratulations to OM Group on the grand opening of their 8th Minnesota Wingstop—another successful build by the Strack Construction team! This is our 14th Wingstop build in total with many more to come!
Located on Glen Lane in Eden Prairie, MN, this new carry-out and dine-in Wingstop is open and serving up the flavor—thanks to our team who absolutely crushed the schedule on this one.
Despite some unexpected structural curveballs, we delivered this tenant improvement project from demolition to Certificate of Occupancy in just 8.5 weeks!
We credit this win to our rockstar Project Manager, sharp Superintendents, and the skilled subcontractors who bring it all together.
And we’re not slowing down, more Wingstops are underway in Blaine, Woodbury, Crystal, Hopkins, Eagan, and Waite Park! With all of these new locations, there is a good chance one will be joining your city!

Exciting project update!
We’re thrilled to be working with Three Tee’s on an exciting transformation of their recently purchased property in Sartell. We’ve just wrapped up Phase I – refreshing their existing sheds – and everything is looking sharp and ready to go. Just in time for opening day today as they welcome golfers back to the course!
Next up: Phase II – construction of a brand-new restaurant that’s going to take the whole experience to the next level. We can’t wait to bring this vision to life.

This site is extra special—it’s designed to bring the heat to even more chicken lovers with a full drive-thru for convenience and a vibrant outdoor patio space for those sunny Minnesota days. 🌞🍗
Mark your calendars! We’re on track to open by the end of June 2025, and we can’t wait to serve up the bold, spicy flavors that Dave’s Hot Chicken fans know and love.

This marks our 15th Wingstop start, with more groundbreakings and grand openings on the horizon. Our team has already had a hand in shaping Woodbury Village, delivering standout locations for Chipotle, Noodles & Company, and Crisp & Green—and we’re proud to keep building in this thriving center and beyond!

Building through the Wisconsin winter brings unique challenges, but our team is experienced in cold-weather construction and keeping projects on track—no matter the season. 🌨️ With a focus on delivering top-tier retail experiences, we’re proud to continue expanding our footprint and bringing high-quality developments to new markets.

The new Mister Car Wash is officially up and running!
Exciting news in Eden Prairie! The new Mister Car Wash is officially up and running, and it’s already one of the busiest stores in the region, processing 140+ vehicles an hour!
This awesome new facility is a fantastic example of innovation and sustainability in action. Here are a few highlights that make this location truly stand out:
🔷 Geopier Foundation: Due to the unique soil conditions in the area, the building is supported by aggregate piers (Geopiers), which help ensure stability and support for the long-term durability of the structure.
🔷 Water Conservation: Mister Car Wash is committed to sustainability with a reclaim system that allows the reuse of water, reducing overall consumption and minimizing environmental impact.
🔷 Stormwater Management: The new location features an advanced stormwater filtration system, which not only helps collect and manage stormwater but also repurposes it for irrigation, making the site more eco-friendly.
