Another exciting project is officially underway in Eden Prairie.

We’re proud to announce the groundbreaking of the newest Dave’s Hot Chicken location in Eden Prairie, MN. This project includes a full tenant improvement along with a 552 sq. ft. building addition designed to expand the in-house dining experience for future guests.

Located at the corner of Highway 5 and Eden Prairie Road, just south of Eden Prairie High School and adjacent to Eden Prairie Village Shopping Center, this new location will bring another high-energy dining destination to the growing community.

From preconstruction through completion, our team is focused on delivering a high-quality space that reflects the momentum and continued growth of the Dave’s Hot Chicken brand. We’re excited to partner once again on another great restaurant project and look forward to seeing this location come to life ahead of its anticipated opening at the end of July.
