We’re proud to celebrate the grand opening of our MN Chicken’s 5th Dave’s Hot Chicken, now open at 1620 Broadway Ave South in Rochester, MN! This is our 6th Dave’s Hot Chicken build in total.

This project was all about precision and hustle, and thanks to careful planning, a dedicated site superintendent, and an all-star lineup of subcontractors, we brought this busy location to life in just 11 weeks.

Shout-out to the MN Chicken team for their continued partnership and trust, and congrats on another successful launch! We can’t wait for the next one, which is coming to the North Loop in Minneapolis 👀 Stay tuned for more updates!
