Project Announcement!
We’re proud to share that Strack Construction is once again partnering with RAYUS Radiology, this time to bring a brand-new Imaging Center to Sartell, MN.
As both the Developer and the Design-Build Contractor, we’re leading the construction of this 9,000-square-foot facility that will house advanced diagnostic services, including:
– X-ray
– MRI
– PET/CT
– CT
– Mammography
– Ultrasound
Set to open in Spring 2026, this project marks our second collaboration with RAYUS, and we’re honored to continue building spaces that support exceptional healthcare.
Special thanks to our design partners at THIELEN & GREEN and Frank Richie with Transwestern for brokering the deal!

Breaking Ground on Phase II with Three Tee’s!
We’re back on site and thrilled to kick off the next exciting chapter at Three Tee’s in Sartell!
After wrapping up Phase I, refurbishing the existing sheds just in time for opening day, we’re now breaking ground on Phase II: a brand-new restaurant designed to elevate the entire golf and social experience. This isn’t just another clubhouse, this will be a destination.
From vision to design to construction, we’re proud to partner with the Three Tee’s team to bring this dream to life. Big thanks to our Strack crew and project partners who make it all happen.

Exciting project update!
We’re thrilled to be working with Three Tee’s on an exciting transformation of their recently purchased property in Sartell. We’ve just wrapped up Phase I – refreshing their existing sheds – and everything is looking sharp and ready to go. Just in time for opening day today as they welcome golfers back to the course!
Next up: Phase II – construction of a brand-new restaurant that’s going to take the whole experience to the next level. We can’t wait to bring this vision to life.

Exciting News for Corcoran!
🍕We’re thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of a brand new Domino’s Pizza in the heart of Corcoran, MN! This exciting project is set to be completed in May 2025, and we couldn’t be more proud to be a part of it. Check out the groundbreaking photo and a render of what the new store will look like!

At Strack Construction, our commitment to work through Minnesota’s harsh winter to get the job done is making this new Team Honey Badger Domino’s location a reality, and we can’t wait to see it open its doors (and pick-up window) to the community!
