As a trusted healthcare construction contractor in Minnesota, Strack Construction recently reached a major milestone at the Sartell RAYUS Radiology project. Last week, our team successfully installed the facility’s MRI scanner right on schedule. With completion just weeks away, the project is entering its final and most exciting phase.

Healthcare construction demands precision, planning, and strong coordination. Equipment installations like MRI systems require careful execution and exact timing. Because of this, hitting the schedule target marked a significant achievement for the entire team.

A Major Milestone for the Sartell Project

Leading up to installation, our team coordinated closely with engineers, equipment vendors, and trade partners. As a result, the site was fully prepared when the MRI unit arrived. The lift and placement process proceeded safely and efficiently.

Exciting progress is happening in Sartell!

Our team is hard at work building a new 9,000-square-foot facility for RAYUS Radiology, located in Sartell’s growing Central Minnesota Health Care Hub.

This new space will allow Rayus to continue providing high-quality imaging services to the north side community, offering X-ray, MRI, PET/CT, CT, mammography, and ultrasound scans, all geared toward women and families.

We’re proud to partner with Rayus Radiology on this important project that will continue to bring accessible healthcare options to the Sartell area.

We’re proud to share that Strack Construction is once again partnering with RAYUS Radiology, this time to bring a brand-new Imaging Center to Sartell, MN.

As both the Developer and the Design-Build Contractor, we’re leading the construction of this 9,000-square-foot facility that will house advanced diagnostic services, including:

– X-ray
– MRI
– PET/CT
– CT
– Mammography
– Ultrasound

Set to open in Spring 2026, this project marks our second collaboration with RAYUS, and we’re honored to continue building spaces that support exceptional healthcare.

We’re back on site and thrilled to kick off the next exciting chapter at Three Tee’s in Sartell!

After wrapping up Phase I, refurbishing the existing sheds just in time for opening day, we’re now breaking ground on Phase II: a brand-new restaurant designed to elevate the entire golf and social experience. This isn’t just another clubhouse, this will be a destination.

From vision to design to construction, we’re proud to partner with the Three Tee’s team to bring this dream to life. Big thanks to our Strack crew and project partners who make it all happen.
