Strack Construction is proud to be building two new Chipotle Mexican Grill locations in Winona and Lexington, Minnesota, both featuring the highly popular Chipotlane drive-thru experience.

📍 Winona, MN
We kicked off construction in late May after removing two existing residential structures to make way for this new addition. Our crews have been moving quickly — the building is already fully framed and ready for roofing. Progress is moving right on schedule, and we’re excited to see this one take shape.

📍 Lexington, MN
At the Northway Shopping Center, a brand-new outlot development is underway and will soon be home to another Chipotle Mexican Grill with Chipotlane. Despite a wet and challenging summer, our crews are staying focused and working ahead of schedule with a targeted completion before Thanksgiving.
