We just broke ground on the very first PopUp Bagels location in Minnesota, right in the Historic North Loop! 

This one’s special: PopUp Bagels is a brand new concept for the state, known for its fresh-baked bagels sold by the bag and made for sharing. Landing their debut MN location in one of Minneapolis’ most iconic neighborhoods is a great fit, and we’re grateful to be the team bringing this build-out to life.

We’re targeting completion this October, so it won’t be long before North Loop mornings come with a lot more bagels.
