Construction wrapped on two more Chipotle locations!

Two more Chipotle Mexican Grill projects are officially complete, with new locations in Cambridge, MN, and Menomonie, WI 📍

While these two projects are the latest additions, our relationship with Chipotle goes back much further.

In 1999, a member of the Strack team helped build the Chipotle location in St. Cloud, MN, which was just the fifth Chipotle location in the state at the time. Since then, that relationship has continued to grow through countless projects, partnerships, and successful openings.

Today, there are more than 95 Chipotle locations across Minnesota, and the Strack team has been fortunate to play a part in that growth. With more than 23 brand new Chipotle projects completed over the years, plus countless renovations, our experience with the brand has given our team a deep understanding of what it takes to successfully deliver these projects from planning and coordination through construction and closeout.

Long-lasting relationships like this are built on trust, integrity, consistency, and delivering for our partners project after project. We are grateful for the continued trust Chipotle has placed in the Strack team and look forward to continuing the relationship for years to come.
