Our latest build with MN Chicken officially opened its doors in Eden Prairie last Friday, 8/7, marking another milestone in this growing partnership. Opening day brought the energy this brand is known for, with guests lining up to try Nashville-style hot chicken in a brand-new space built just for them.

From our first build together to this latest opening, MN Chicken’s continued trust in our team reflects just how far this partnership and the brand’s presence across Minnesota have come.

This project included a full tenant improvement along with a 552 sq. ft. building addition to expand indoor dining for guests. Located at the corner of Highway 5 and Eden Prairie Road, adjacent to Eden Prairie Shopping Center, this new location brings another high-energy dining destination to the community.
