Congratulations to Mo’​ Bettahs on the grand opening of its first Minnesota location in Burnsville. Bringing a new restaurant concept to a new market takes strong partnerships, careful planning, and quality execution, and we’re proud that Strack Construction had the opportunity to help make it happen.

From preconstruction through the final finishes, our team worked alongside the project partners to deliver a space that reflects the welcoming, island-inspired atmosphere Mo’ Bettahs is known for. It’s always rewarding to see months of hard work come to life on opening day and watch a new business begin serving the community.

Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this project across the finish line.
