Pace Industries Product Tech division located in Maple Lake selected Strack to design and construct an expansion which includes magnesium die casting, CNC machine shop, and two-story offices including employee welfare facilities.  The expansion houses multiple magnesium die cast furnaces and CNC machines.  Pre-cast concrete was utilized for the building structure due to the unique nature of the magnesium dies casting process.  A 7.5-ton overhead crane, custom ventilation system, and cooling systems were also installed to meet the requirements for Pace’s operations.
