Newly constructed Surgical Center at the CentraCare Health Plaza.  The facility is an ASC containing four operating rooms, exam rooms, large lobby and connection to the plaza, patient intake and briefing area, employee break area, phase I & II recovery areas, patient pre-op areas, scrub area, locker rooms and all ASC 

required ancillary rooms including on-site certified laundry facility.  The facility also includes a lower level with food service area.
