Strack Construction has recently completed a new off-line egg processing facility for Forsman Farms in Howard Lake, MN.  This facility is a 158,000 square feet and is filled with state of the art processing equipment.  This facility is a product of ‘Value Engineering’ as multiple construction methodology’s were used to allow this facility to become a reality.  Seven different structures are interconnected to accommodate the specific needs of each area.  From 100’-0” clear spans to 65’-0” clear heights this facility is designed around equipment.This is a new approach to egg processing which allows one plant to support multiple farms.
